Consumer Action Website Seeks Faster Video from HTC

HTCClassAction.org a newly launched consumer website claims that newer HTC smartphones are slower than previous models due to poor drawing drivers. They urge owners to contact HTC and complain. Although the site has gotten no official response from HTC, HTC is requesting information from owners. After press coverage, an HTC employer says that there is an internal apology email circulating that says that a fix in the works.

  • HTC Touch Dual (MSM7200), also known as HTC Nike.
  • HTC Touch Cruise (MSM7200), also known as HTC Polaris.
  • HTC Wings (MSM7200), also known as HTC S730.
  • HTC Titan (MSM7500), also known as Sprint Mogul PPC-6800 or Verizon XV6800.
  • HTC Vogue (MSM7500), also known as HTC Touch P3050 (this is not the normal HTC Touch.)
  • HTC Libra (MSM7500), also known as HTC S720.
  • HTC Iris (MSM7500), also known as HTC S640.
