Holdings, Inc., a leading developer of digital rights management technology, announced a worldwide
patent licensing agreement with Nokia Corporation ContentGuard
technology enables the consumer-friendly implementation of digital
content distribution models such as content rental, content
subscription, variable pricing, and secure peer-to-peer distribution.
Terms of the licensing agreement were not disclosed.
