Several sources note that Cablevision will launch an
extensive Wi-Fi network this fall in the NY NJ CN Tri-State area. The $300
million network will be available to Cablevision broadband Internet subscribers
for free, heating up the broadband/free Wi-Fi competition for AT&T.
