BlackBerry has updated their media sync software that syncs iTunes music files to also sync album art from iTunes. It supports the 64 bit version of Windows Vista.
There is now also a "Preview" version for MAC OS

Media Sync lets you set a limit as to how much--or how little--of your
music to sync.."
