RIM has updated and improved its BlackBerry friendly website for BlackBerry information http://mobile.blackberry.com/, an excellent way to get BlackBerry Storm or Bold support.

The site has that has designed for the BlackBerry browser has lots of BlackBerry information with any easy to use form to get questions answered on the top of the page.

The rest of the page has categorized links to help, news, weather, sports, shopping, social networking and other categories.

If the links are too small zoom out for a better view. It can only be accessed from a BlackBerry device.  PC surfers will be directed to click over to a different page.
