There will be public beta version of Sling Player Mobile for
BlackBerry available on December 30, (next Tuesday.) SlingPlayer Mobile
lets viewers watch and control your home TV and DVR via your Slingbox
on a smartphone.
They strongly recommend that when connecting to your Slingbox you use a
3G cellular or WiFi connection that meets our minimum network download
speed requirements.
Models to be supported include, BlackBerry Bold, BlackBerry Curve 8320, BlackBerry Pearl Flip and BlackBerry Pearl 8120.
The new Windows Mobile SlingPlayer update includes support for new
screen resolutions, including 800x480 pixels, 640x480 pixels, 400x240
pixels, and 320x320 pixels.
Fully supported SlingPlayer Mobile for Windows Mobile smartphones include AT&T HTC Fuze
HTC Tilt, LG Incite, Palm Treo 750, Pantech Duo , Samsung Epix, 8525/HTC Tytn
HTC 8125, iPAQ 910, HTCp3600, Palm Treo Pro, Sony Ericsson X1, HTC PPC 6700
