The 2009 International CES will reveal the latest wireless
technologies and trends. Produced by the Consumer Electronics Association (CEA),
the 2009 International CES, returns to Las Vegas, January 8-11, 2009.
They have programs and exhibitors that will show advancements in location-based
services, next-generation Wi-Fi, mobile phones, smartphones and mobile
TV formats.
The 2009 International CES explores every segment of the wireless
market, including mobile content creators, wireless device manufacturers
and wireless accessories. Major wireless players exhibiting at the 2009
International CES include Blackberry (Research in Motion), LG, Motorola,
Nokia, Samsung, T-Mobile and Verizon Wireless.
Wireless World, a CE Spotlight located in South Hall 3 at the LVCC, will
feature manufacturers and distributors of wireless products showcasing
the latest in wireless handsets and accessories. The Wireless Mobility
brought to You by Qualcomm TechZone will also be featured within
Wireless World. Other TechZones focused on wireless technologies include
Wireless Distribution, located in South Hall 4 at the LVCC and ZigBee,
located in South Hall 1 at the LVCC.
