Pink Flare Mobile Phone Helps Support Breast Cancer Research

Virgin Mobile is supporting breast cnacer research  with every sale of the Pink Flare flip phone mobile phone, sold exclusively at Best Buy.

Five dollars from the purchase of every Pink Flare mobile phone, (MSRP $29.99) will benefit Susan G. Komen for the Cure, the world's largest breast cancer organization,
funding life-saving breast cancer research and community health
programs. Virgin Mobile USA is committing to donate a minimum of $150,000 to Susan G. Komen for the Cure's programs.

The Pink Flare handset has Bluetooth, web access, Text messaging, external LCD, phonebook, Caller ID, and speed dial.

In 2008, an estimated 180,000 new cases of invasive breast
cancer were diagnosed in women and more than 40,000 women died from
breast cancer in the United States.
