The New York Times reports that Microsoft, in order to deal with competition in the mobile operating system market, will change its OS and will also license it for fewer devices.
A Microsoft rep said that the in limiting the number of devices that
use their OS the company will avoid diluting the market with too many
devices and achieve better integration.
Microsoft will be making a major announcement at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona from Steve Ballmer. He will most likely reveal new features and services.
