"The Android Market Business and Program Polices" has been published online. It shows some interesting policies. Any app can be returned for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.
Google will not be responsible for billing disputes, buyers will have to take that up with the developers. No sans-clothes or explicit material is allowed. They also ban violent bullying, and hate speech.
Users have to be at least 13 years old, those under 18 have to have their parents permission to participate.
The Android Market began accepting paid premium applications earlier this week. Initially, priced applications will be available to end users in
the US starting mid next week. They will add end user support for
additional countries in the coming months.
