T-Mobile Will Offer Huawei Android Phone in Q3 2009

Huwaielogo.gifAccording to DigiTimes  Huawei has announced that it will manufacture touchscreen
Android-powered smartphones for T-Mobile with shipments to begin in the
third quarter of 2009.

At Mobile World Congress Huawei said that it develop two-three Google-Android models in the coming year.

Their president  told reporters that he believes the company will sell between
40 million and 45 million phones in 2009, compared with 33 million in
2008.

Huawei partnered with an established design consultancy to develop a
user-friendly interface, creating a powerful customer experience that
is able to evolve with operators' differentiation requirements.

LG also announced that it will be producing more Android phones.
