The Samsung Memoir doesn use the standard 3 mm headphone jack. Face detection worked while blink detection didnt' work as well. Purple fringing happened in some video and camera shots. The touchscreen and accelerometer were responsive. It has an excellent music and video player, it can output to a TV with an optional cable. Web browsing was a pleasant surprize. Todd Hasellton at Laptop Mag, rated the Samsung Memoir 3 out 5. It holds it own against a digital camera and works well indoors as well as outdoors. He hates that it lacks Wi-Fi, optical zoom and Flikr uploading was slow.  It's close in size to the Behold and is slimmer than the iPhone. The TouchWhiz OS was sluggish. When he compared it to top of the line cameras, they didn't think it was as good. It comes with a 1 gigabyte microSD. Web browsing was slow. "The Best Camera Phone is the U.S." He concludes that if you don't want flash the Samsung Behold is more ecomonical.
