Samsung will most likely beat other top handset manufactures to the Android bandwagon and get an Android phone to market by the third quarter of 2009 reports Digitimes.
They say insider sources leaked information from Samsung that the company's first Android
handset will be similar to the HTC Magic handset in
design and hardware specs, built with
Qualcomm's 3.5G chipset.
The source believes that HTC will maintain it lead because they will launch the HTC Magic in the second quarter of this year. Some speculators think that the Android phone from Samsung will be like the Samsung Omnia.
