Ticketmaster for BlackBerry smartphones is now live and available as a free
download on BlackBerry App World.
We named it or free BlackBerry App of the Day for people who like to see live events. According the specs it should work on the BlackBerry Storm and a RIM rep confirmed that it will work on the BlackBerry Storm.
The Tickemaster app allows you to browse and search through
1000's of live entertainment events and purchase tickets directly from your BlackBerry. Soon, users will be able to receive mobile notifications to
advanced or reserved tickets as well as special events.
Ticketmaster for BlackBerry smartphones features a streamlined
interface of Ticketmaster.com, with event ticket purchasing
capabilities for primary market sales and the ability to securely
purchase tickets using their stored "My Ticketmaster" account billing.
BlackBerry System Requirements
Ticketmaster for BlackBerry Smartphones require:
- Activation with data plan.
- Internet service browsing capabilities.
- BlackBerry Smartphone with at least 64MB of built in memory
(with at least 100KB available). - BlackBerry Device Software v4.2 or higher.

using your BlackBerry(r) Browser. Ticketmaster is a featured
application, on the front page carousel, on BlackBerry App World, which
you can click on to download the application - Alternatively, visit www.ticketmaster.com/blackberry from your PC, enter your email address, and download the application from the link emailed to your BlackBerry smartphone
