The HTC Hero is the first Android phone to ship with Adobe
Flash technology. This makes it possible to view Flash-enabled websites and ads on the HTC Hero.

of all videos online delivered with Adobe Flash. The HTC Hero offers people a more complete Flash based web
browsing experience. The HTC Hero has customized interface for social networking and offers "scenes" for access.
The
new HTC Hero allows users to browse and
discover a broader set of web content and applications not supported by
mobile phones in the past. People can also view YouTube videos using
Flash technology, and enable full screen viewing mode by double
tapping
The
HTC Hero uses
Flash technology, and interactive content enabled by ActionScript 2.0. The software is integrated into the HTC Hero ROM. The HTC Hero offers progressive streaming of large MP3 audio files from a web server and the local file storage for audio. Support for Sorenson and On2 VP6 codecs enables
higher quality video and playback of existing web content. A demo of
