BlackBerry Tour Apps 2Day: TeleNav GPS Navigator

TeleNav's GPS Navigator is now available for the BlackBery Tour. They are offering a free 30-day trial that includes full access to the mapping navigation service.

It offers full-color 3D moving maps, voice and on-screen directions, and optional speech recognition for address entry.

TeleNav also shows traffic alerts with one-click rerouting and an on-screen ETA. With 10 million business listings, gas price listings and Wi-Fi hotspot finder, it can come in very handy when traveling. It also features a pedestrian mode so you can use it while walking around town.

My TeleNav offers online pre-planning. This is an alternative to Verizon's mapping offerings and should tide you over until more BlackBerry Tour map apps come out for the BlackBerry Tour.
