Sprint BlackBerry Tour owners can now update to OS OS 4.7.1.57. RIM has officially released OS 4.7.1.57 for current Sprint customers only. Improvements include better battery life, glitch fixes, media improvements, gps improvement and visual voicemail enhancements.
Sprint customers can update to
the BlackBerry Tour OS 4.7.1.57 through Desktop Manager. Before you update, be sure to backup your data.

Open up the
Blackberry Desktop Manager Program and click on Backup and Restore .
How to Update BlackBerry Tour From Your Computer:
- Open up
Blackberry Desktop Manager Program (available for download from your service provider or RIM.) - Click on
Application Loader. - Click on Update
software and follow the prompts. - Make
sure the USB cable is connected to your computer and your BlackBerry Tour.
