There was good news for all of you texting fans, web-fiends and emailaholics who couldn't wait to get their hands on the keyboard-tastic HTC Touch Pro2. It was back in stock on the Verizon website for what appears to be a very short time.
The HTC Touch Pro went on sale at Verizon on September 11. Reviewers of the HTC Touch Pro2 called it the the King of Windows Mobile smartphones
and the best high-end smartphone. The world phone has a 3.6 WGA tilting
touchscreen, 3.2 megapixel camera, Bluetooth and up to 5.2 hours of
battery life. It sold-out quickly.
The Verizon spokeswoman told us that more would be in stock by the end of the month. If anyone is able to nab this King, please let us know and after you buy yours, we'll let the rest of the HTC Touch Pro2-hungry crowd know how.
The HTC Touch Pro2 is priced lower than the other carriers who carry
the phone, T-Mobile and Sprint price is $349.99 after rebates. The
Verizon price for the HTC Touch Pro2 is $199 after mail-in rebates.

The HTC Touch Pro2 currently comes loaded with Windows Mobile 6.1 but you will be able to update it to Windows Mobile 6.5 sometime in October or November. The HTC Touch Pro2 was voted CTIA Hot for the Holidays in the smarpthone categorey.
