- You will be greeted with "Uninstall application?"
- Click/tap OK or cancel.

- Click/tap OK.
Droid Eris by HTC offers an alternative way to uninstall apps according to the HTC help website.
"You can uninstall any application that you have downloaded and
installed from Android Market. On the My Downloads screen, tap the
application you want to uninstall, then tap Uninstall. When prompted,
tap OK to remove the application on your phone."
From the Motorla Cliq instructions it says.
"Find it: Menu > Settings > Applications
> Manage applications
Tap an app in the list, then tap Uninstall (for apps you
downloaded), Clear cache, or other options."
