Sascha Segan at PCMag rated the Palm Pixi Plus 3.5 out of 5. He see's the Palm Pixi Plus as a step-up from the LG enV 2 and BlackBerry Pearl. It has a small but sharp screen and the keyboard works well. Call voice quality was not great but stereo Bluetooth worked fine. The webOS system is fun and syncs well with most email and social networking sites but not as full as Moto Blur. You can also view most documents. The camera is called low-res. Comparable to the Droid Eris, the Palm Pixi Plus is less geeky and collects information smoothly.
