T-Mobile Customers Get $100 Refund for Nexus One

GoogleNexusOneAds.jpgSince it's launch the Google Nexus had a bit of confusion and protests on its pricing for existing T-Mobile Customers. There have been complaints of poor customer service
and network problems.  Altough the Nexus One received fab first looks, opinions have ranged from Meh to marvelous. Web banner ads contend that the Nexus One wallpaper has sentience.

T-Mobile customers who who paid  $379
for the Google Nexus One
will be given a refund for $100 dollars.  T-Mobile subscribers with data plans were formerly charged
$379 for the Nexus One, while subscribers without data plans paid $279.  Now, all T-Mobile subscribers will
pay $279.

The Nexus One sells for $529 without wireless service. New subscribers,
however, the phone phone sells for $179 with a two-year contract from
T-Mobile,.

A post from a Ethan at the Nexus One support forums
confirms a change. "We've listened to everyone's feedback and
concerns and are working to expand the group of customers that qualify
for upgrade pricing on the Nexus One. Please stay
tuned for more information."
