On Monday, Google launched a phone help support service for Nexus One owners.
Nexus One Phone owners who call (888) 48NEXUS (63987) between 4 a.m. and 7 p.m. PST will reach a live tech support person.
Previously, everything “customer service” was done through email, webstore and online support forums. HTC offered phone tech support.support for technical problems not sales, returns or anything else regarding buying, shipping or returning Google Nexus One smartphones.
