Verizon BlackBerry Tour users should be getting an operating system update this coming week, reports several sources. The BlackBerry Tour Update is expected to be pushed out Over-the-Air (OTA) reportedly starting at 11:49 pm on Monday.
Update 03/29/20: The Verizon support page for the BlackBerry Tour update is live and details of the update are available.
OTA updates are typically pushed out over time, if you want it right away, you can also check availability from the BlackBerry Desktop Manager. You can also go to Options> Advanced Options > Wireless Updates from your BlackBerry Tour.
BlackBerry OS 5.0 offers BlackBerry Tour users some new features and improvements including a smoother camera, better Bluetooth, improved voice dialing, updated Call Waiting caller ID, improved SMS and compatibility with Push-to-Talk software.
Before you complete your BlackBerry Tour update make sure to
backup your data. You can get the BlackBerry
Tour OS update through Desktop Manager.

Blackberry Desktop Manager Program and click on Backup and Restore.
