Little noticed in the slew of Dell smartphone leaks today, is that AT&T has page for registering to get new information on the Dell Aero when it comes out.
AT&T claims that Dell Aero is the lightest Android phone available. The Dell Aero has a5 MP camera with integration into Flickr,Facebook, Picasa, YouTube and TwitPic. The Aero has a 3.5" display, integrated Facebook into phonebook and calendar event sync. The PC-like web browsing experience has Flash Litesupport for streaming audio and video content
With the Dell Aero you can navigate using the on-board GPS system while talking hands-free. Other features inlude QuickOffice for viewing MS Office documents. It is expected to come with Android 1.5 that will be updated to Android 2.1. The touchscreen is capacitive meaning you can use your fingers or a stylus for precision.
The Dell Aero runs on a 624MHz Marvell CPU which puts it more in the feature phone speed category than super smartphone speeds. The pricing is expected to be economical with a contract.
