The latest rumors regarding the BlackBerry Bold 9650 aka BlackBerry Tour2 verify the original speculation of an announcement at WES (April 27-29).

details of the BlackBerry
Bold 9650 formerly known as the BlackBerry Tour2 are
available in the April 27 official announcement article with a Sprint launch on May 23.
Sprint is rumored to have the BlackBerry Bold 9650 in inventory, showing a release on May 16 with a cost of $199 after rebates with two year contract. The ithout a contract price for Sprint is expected to be $449 for the BlackBerry Bold 9650.
As we get closer to the real release dates, we'll be getting more accurate information. What we do know for sure about the new BlackBerry Bold 9650:
- The trackball has been replaced with a trackpad that works well.
- It's about the same size as the original BlackBerry Tour.
- It has a faster processor, the same as the BlackBerry Storm2, which makes it run faster.
- The BlackBerry Tour2 9650 has Wi-Fi.
- The bottom row of keys is slightly shorter than the original BlackBerry Tour.
- Better camera. (Some forum members have suggested that to compete with other smartphones it should be 5 MP.)
- Different green call key.
