In the software department, Droid Incredible has the HTC Sense UI for combining social networking, while with the Droid your social network can be done by Android Market apps.

The Droid by Motorola has a 5 megapixel camera and the Droid Incredible has an 8 megapixel camera, both have an LED flash.

The Droid Incredible has a 1GHz Snapdragon processor and 512MB
of RAM, while the Droid by Motorola has a 550MHz processor and
256MB of RAM. While the difference may not be noticed for most taks
(e.g. checking email), the Droid Incredible will outperform the
Droid,  when many apps are running simultaneously.
