If you are young hip and so-socially networked, the latest blogging snoopy leak may interest you. There's a shot of an internal Verizon documents shows that the Kin One and Kin Two will be availalbe for pre-order from Verizon on May 6th, on
the web, and launch on all channels on May 13th.
The original news release announced a May release date from Verizon
Wireless. The KIN are claimed to be "ultimate social experience that blends the phone,
online services and the PC with new experiences called the
Loop, Spot and Studio."
There are two models called KIN ONE and KIN TWO.
Both phones feature a touchscreen and slide-out keyboard. KIN ONE is a small compact is a portrait slider and KIN TWO has a larger screen and
keyboard, in addition to more
memory, a higher resolution camera, and the ability to record
high-definition video.
The 5 and 8 megapixel cameras in ONE and
TWO,
respectively, are designed for use in low light with image stabilization
and a bright LumiLED flash.
Software creates the KIN Loop, showing what's happening in someone's social world. KIN
automatically brings together feeds from Facebook, MySpace and Twitter all in one
place, making it easier to stay connected.
KIN-Folk get access to KIN Studio online clod, where almost
everything
created on the phone is available in the cloud from any web browser.
