It's not a supposed to be called phone and it's not tablet but the Dell Streak is 100 percent larger than the average smartphone screen. Now we know when it's going to reach the U.S. market according to a demo D8 today,

the end of July and cost about $500 at Dell.com, unlocked. He said you can store hundreds of movies on the device,
Although the Dell Streak, is primarily touted as data
device/tablet it also works as phone with a GSM radio and SIM slot. The Dell
Streak, can used with a Bluetooth headset for hands-free use.
The Dell Streak, has a 5 inch WGA (larger than the largest 4.3"
Android smartphone) screen, with built-in Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and available
3G connectivity brings easy access for downloading and listening to
music, updating social networking status in real-time, and staying
connected to friends and family through e-mail, text, IM, and voice
calls.
The 5-inch screen is large enough to present Web pages in
their natural form, create a comfortable viewing experience, and make
turn-by-turn navigation simple and safe. The Dell Streak leverages
Qualcomm's Snapdragon 1GHz processor.
