Slacker Radio 2.0 for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch is now available. For the first
time ever, iPhone, iPad and iPod touch users can cache their favorite
Slacker music stations to listen anywhere - whether they are connected
to a wireless network or not and without incurring data charges.

iPod touch and iPad
owners can now listen to Slacker Radio beyond Wi-Fi networks and take
their favorite tunes wherever they go without having to manage playlists
or transfer music from their home computers. Free Slacker Basic Radio
listeners will be able to cache stations for up to 14 days, providing
the opportunity to try this new feature on their iPhone, iPad or iPod
touch, risk-free.

With access to a song library
that is nearly four times the size of the leading competitor, iPhone,

I’ve used the Slacker webplayer for a while in addition to Pandora, both web and iPhone, and sometimes I think the Slacker song catalog is bigger or maybe just the way it chooses what to play next. Pandora, I always seem to get the same songs with a new one thrown in eery now and then. Could just be me though.
