Android an' Droid TV Viewing App: Bitbop Streaming Mobile TV

Bitbop, Fox Mobile Group's on-demand mobile TV subscription
service, now offers an Android app with a free seven-day trial of the service, allowing viewers to watch up to three shows over seven days.

Bitbop offers commercial-free network TV shows from A&E, Animal Planet, BabyTV, Bravo, CBS, Comedy Central, Discovery Channel, Food Network, Fox, FX, HGTV, History, Lifetime, MTV, National Geographic, NBC, Nickelodeon, Spike, Syfy, TLC, USA, and VH1.

The service will be
accessible across a variety of carriers on a number of smartphones, including Droid by Motorola, Droid 2 by Motorola, Droid X by Motorola,
HTC EVO 4G, Droid
Incredible
by HTC, Samsung Vibrant, Samsung 4G Epic,
and Samsung Fascinate.

Bitbop plans to be supported on a number of
other Android phones by the end of September.

Bitbop offers video that can be viewed anywhere at any time,
instantly over 3G, 4G or Wi-Fi. Subscribers can choose from a selection
of programming from numerous content partners and
can browse and manage a personal queue of viewing choices directly from
their phones or computers. 

Bitbop offers unlimited full-length, commercial-free TV shows for on-demand streaming or temporary download
for $9.99 a month. The company plans to offer full-length movies later this year.
