Windows Phone 7: Dell Venue Pro with Pro Qwerty Venues Reviews Awesome

Dell and T-Mobile have announced the Dell Venue Pro.  The Dell Venue Pro is a business-geared Windows Phone 7 smartphone with a slide-down, full-portrait QWERTY keyboard.

Early reviews have been fantastic.  Engadget called it "downright awesome" and called the keyboard "pro."  "Dell's struck pretty darn close to gold here."

The Dell Venue Pro has a 1GHz Snapdragon processor, WVGA 4.1-inch AMOLED touchscreen, 5-megapixel autofocus camera, 1GB of flash with 512MB RAM plus 8GB of storage, GPS, accelerometer, compass, FM radio,and full Flash support, including video playback.

The Dell Venue Pro runs the new Windows Phone 7 with all its tile features and intergration with Microsoft products and apps, including Zune, XBox Live and Office.

The screen is made from Gorilla Glass for durability and scratch resistance.

The Dell Venue Pro is expected to be available in the U.S. in time for the holidays - directly from Dell and select retailers with service from T-Mobile.
