Another Smartphone in Samsung Galaxy: Samsung 4G LTE Smartphone

Verizon and Samsung announced that the Samsung 4G LTE smartphone will be available with Verizon Wireless 4G LTE.  It appears to very similar to the Samsung Galaxy S phones except with a 4.3 Super AMOLED Plus (800 x 480) touchscreen and a little smaller than the Samsung Infuse.

Powered by an Android 2.2 operating system, the Samsung 4G LTE has a 1GHz processor, rear-facing 8-megapixel camera with LED flash, and front-facing 1.3-megapixel camera for Skype video chat.

The Samsung 4G LTE smartphone has access to Samsung's Media Hub content service that's available on the 4G LTE network, which offers a collection of premium movies and TV episodes.  It also has Samsung's Social Hub, built around messaging, contacts and calendar sync, which allows users to send and receive information, whether it is email, social network updates or text messages.

No prices have been set yet for this Samsung 4G LTE smartphone from Verizon.  Other LTE 4G Android smartphones coming include the HTC Thunderbolt, LG Revolution, Droid Bionic and Inspiration.

Current Samsung Galaxy S phones include Samsung Epic 4G, Samsung Fascinate, Samsung Captivate and Samsung Vibrant.
