AT&T will take preorders for the Motorola Atrix 4G on February 13 with an expected sale date of March 6. The Android 2.2 Motorola Atrix 4G features a 2x1 GHz dual-core processor for a total of 2 GHz of processing power. The Motorola Atrix 4G will use AT&T's new 4G network, which is HSPA+.
Features of the Motorola Atrix 4G include 1GB RAM, 4-inch QHD (960 x 540) touchscreen,
HD and fingerprint login security. Voice quality is
enhanced with two-microphone noise-reduction technology. It also has a
front-facing VGA video camera, 5MP rear camera, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and
1930mAh battery. It is enhanced with MOTOBLUR for social networking. You can buy either a multimedia dock or laptop dock.
The Motorola Atrix does not have "overheating issues" that were misreported.
The laptop dock is made of a full-sized keyboard and
a
11.6-inch screen so that the smartphone can be used like a netbook or
computer. The multimedia dock has three USB ports for a

The Motorola Motorola Atrix 4G is 199.99 with a two-year service agreement.
Customers can buy the Motorola Atrix 4G and the Motorola Laptop Dock for a promotional price of $499.99 after a two-year service contract and $100
mail-in-rebate after subscription to Data Pro smartphone data plan and
tethering add-on. Customers who choose to purchase the Motorola Laptop
Dock separately pay $499.99. AT&T is
also offering an Entertainment Access Kit for Atrix customers, which includes the Motorola HD Multimedia Dock, a Bluetooth keyboard and
mouse, and a remote control for $189.99.
Motorola Atrix
4G will also include AT&T Mobile Hotspot service built into the
smartphone, allowing users to connect additional Wi-Fi-enabled devices.
