The Nexus S "pure Google" smartphone has passed FCC certification supporting AT&T bands that suggests it will be available for AT&T in the near future. Currently, the T-Mobile version of the Nexus S is only available from Best Buy Mobile.
Reviewers mostly liked the Nexus S but were not blown away by its hardware. In other Nexus S news, it has been reported that the Nexus S will also come with a white back in some countries.
The best thing about the Nexus S is that it comes with the newest version of Android 2.3 Gingerbread, with loads of new features.
The other really nice feature of the Nexus S is that updates are
released much sooner. While only one Samsung Galaxy S phone in the U.S.
has gotten an update to Android 2.2 Froyo (Samsung Vibrant), the Nexus S already has received an SMS glitch fix update.
