Another first today, besides the first 4G 4.3-inch smartphone from AT&T (HTC Inspire 4G), is the LG Optimus 3D. The LG Optimus 3D will be the first phone with 3D viewing without 3D glasses.
From leaked images and reports, the specs of the LG Optimus 3D are suspected to have are a 4.3" touchscreen, dual-core processor, front/rear cameras, and Android 2.2 with Android 2.3 upgrade.
LG will unveil the LG
Optimus 3D, the world's first 3D smartphone, offering a full 3D experience at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.
LG's most advanced smartphone to date will feature a
dual-lens camera for 3D recording, a glasses-free LCD panel for 3D viewing, and HDMI and DLNA sharing. The LG Optimus 3D will offer a complete platform for a one-of-a-kind
experience on a mobile phone, sidestepping the lack of 3D mobile content.
Further details and a live demo of the LG Optimus 3D will be offered at Booth #8B178
at MWC in Barcelona from February 14 to 17.
