HTC News: HTC Intros EVO View 4G 7.7" Tablet with HTC Scribe 2 View Notes

Sprint, along with the HTC EVO 3D smartphone, announced the HTC EVO View 4G tablet.

The HTC EVO View 4G offers a 7-inch 1024 x 600
touchscreen with pinch-to-zoom, two cameras (5.0-megapixel and front-facing 1.3-megapixel).  Corporate email (Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync), personal email and instant messaging
(POP & IMAP), 3G/4G Mobile Hotspot, Wi-Fi, GPS and Qik video chat are supported. 

The HTC EVO View 4G has a 1.5GHz Qualcomm
Snapdragon Processor with 32GB internal memory, 1GB RAM; microSD slot
(supports up to 32GB memory card), and 4000mAh Lithium-ion battery.
  It runs HTC's Sense user interface on top of Android 2.3 Gingerbread.

You can get an optional HTC Scribe digital pen (sold
separately) to unlock new capabilities.  When
combined with Evernote, the
user will have the ability to capture and make notes on webpages,
ebooks, PDF documents and more, in an easy and natural way.

The news release claimed "With
integrated HD-video (720p) capture and the 4G speeds of
HTC EVO View 4G,
slow uploads and grainy video are a thing of the past."


The HTC EVO View 4G comes with Blockbuster
On Demand video viewing, Sprint Zone, Sprint Mobile Wallet, Sprint
Football Live, Sprint Family Locator, Sprint Navigation and NASCAR
Sprint Cup Mobile.

There have been many HTC smartphones in the news lately.  The HTC ThunderBolt and HTC Inspire have been released and reviewed.  The HTC EVO 3D was announced today.  Coming in the future are the Android HTC Pyramid and HTC Shooter.  The HTC HD7S Windows Phone was announced yesterday.
