HTC is going full speed making fast, powerful Android smartphones. LG will be making many announcements at CTIA. Yesterday, the HTC Pyramid appeared, and there are test shots from the HTC Shooter.
Someone testing a new HTC model, the HTC Shooter, was not aware that the GLBenchmark results would be posted to the test service and would be found by HTC lovers. GLBenchmark has removed the results.
The new smartphone is named the HTC Shooter, which may change names with some suspecting it may be the HTC EVO 3D.
The HTC Shooter runs on the Sprint network with Android 2.3.2
Gingerbread. It has a 960 x 540 qHD touchscreen and is suspected to include a dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor. The HTC Shooter has similar
features to the HTC Pyramid but with more processing power than the HTC ThunderBolt. The HTC Arrive arrives at Sprint on Sunday.
Many suspect that the HTC Shooter or HTC EVO 3D will be announced at CTIA next week.
We're not sure yet if the HTC Shooter will appear along with its siblings in our list of top Android an' Droid phones now and later.
