iPad 2 Sold Out?  It looks like the best reviewed tablet so far.  The iPad 2 is selling out at retail outlets, and shipping takes two to three weeks for iPad 2's that are bought from Apple online.  There were reports that those waiting in lines on Friday did not get the iPad 2 model they wanted.  Stores had limited supplies.  Our friend, Chris Pirillo, documented his adventures when he found that Best Buy does not carry the 3G models.  His video follows this article.  What is the best way to get an iPad 2?  Please call stores first.  The tsunami and earthquakes in Japan may limit supplies of components, making it even harder to find an iPad 2.

Sneak Peak @ Droid Incredible 2 (Incredible S) - Droid spies paparazzied a Droid Incredible 2 with a Verizon logo.  It is thought to be the HTC Incredible S that's made for the Verizon network.  Features include an 8MP camera (LED Flash), 1GHz processor, 4" touchsreen (480 x 800), 1.3MP front-facing camera, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.  The Droid Incredible 2 appears on our list of top Android an' Droid phones now and later.

Last week seems like for forever ago.  However, the top news stories from last week are still hot.  Verizon 4G LTE is on schedule to be deployed by the end of the second quarter.  CTIA announced finalists for the E-Tech Awards that include some embargoed LG mobile phones and the HTC ThunderBolt.  The Samsung Galaxy S 4G received great reviews from reviewers.  The Nexus S 4G may be coming to Sprint soon.

There are new Droids on the Verizon Horizon, including the Droid X2.  The next 4G LTE Android Smartphone from Verizon, the Samsung Galaxy Stealth 4G LTE, may be worth waiting for, as compared to the HTC ThunderBolt, because it has a Super AMOLED touchscreen.
