Currently, the only smartphone on the Verizon 4G LTE network is the HTC ThunderBolt, which offers mobile hotspots and comes with unlimited data.
Both the modem and hotspot offer download speeds of 5 to 12 Mbps and upload speeds of 2 to 5 Mbps in 4G LTE Mobile Broadband coverage. When users are not in Verizon's 4G LTE coverage area, they will stay connected on the Verizon Wireless 3G network.
