NYC Mobile Upfront 5/11 - The Mobile Upfront leadership showcase offers senior advertising and media industry leaders insights on "All Things Mobile" in New York City on May 11.

Bobsled Sleigh Ride Over - T-Mobile has suspended the free service enabling users to place Internet calls to friends via Facebook chat.  "We are voluntarily and temporarily suspending the Bobsled service as we work with our partners at Facebook to address their design questions, including working to ensure that the Bobsled experience is clearly differentiated and is not mistaken for a Facebook created property," T-Mobile USA reported on its Facebook page.

$100 M A-Fund for Android Devs - Pacific Rim technology venture capital firm DCM announced the launch of the world's first Android-focused fund ("A-Fund").  The A-Fund is a $100 million strategic investment initiative that will focus on startups developing compelling solutions, taking advantage of Android's rapid growth.

Sony Developing Android Tablets - Sony is developing two tablets, codenamed S1 and S2, for communication and entertainment.  "Sony Tablet" will become available in the global market starting in fall 2011.  They are equipped with the latest Android and are WiFi and WAN (3G/4G) compatible.
