After reports that the well-reviewed Samsung Droid Charge was being delivered early as well as sold at some retailers, Samsung Mobile USA has announced, via its Twitter page, that the release date will be announced via Twitter. Samsung also showed a video demo of the Droid Charge. Meanwhile, all the lost Samsung Droid Charge smartphones have been found by winners.
Sixteen field agents have won Droid Charges. The last one was found in San Diego, following Columbus, Ohio; Rochester, New York; and Miami, Florida. All we have noticed about all the finders, so far, is that they are male.
Other Verizon smartphone release dates were also disclosed today.
Online retailers Wirefly and LetsTalk are taking preorders for the Samsung Droid Charge and are charging less for it. Amazon Wireless showed it backordered, then out of stock, and as of today, it shows "not available," which may foretell that this super smartphone will sell out.
