Full news stories today reported deals, updates and new Droid Charge videos.  There are new names for the Samsung Galaxy S II smartphones in the U.S.  Free 4G LTE mobile hotspots for the Droid Charge, as well as the  HTC ThunderBolt, will end on 6/15.  Some AT&T Android smartphones are getting an update to enable the sideloading of apps.

Samsung May 24 Media Event Postponed -
The Samsung media event that many believed would launch the Samsung Galaxy S II or Galaxy Tab 10.1, originally scheduled on 5/14, has been postponed until a later date.
Ovi Over in Summer - Nokia will discontinue the Ovi brand this summer with services rebranded "Nokia."  Service will not be disrupted.

RIM Recalls BlackBerry PlayBooks
- RIM has recalled some PlayBooks with a glitch
that makes them unable to properly load software upon initial set-up.  If you're one of those few customers who received a PlayBook that is
unable to properly load software upon initial set-up, contact
RIM for assistance.

Samsung Supports Devs - Samsung announced the Samsung Android Developer Forum, designed
to provide technical support for its Android application developers with SDK, plug-ins, LBS, Theme Tool, simulators and remote test lab.
