According to Goldman Sachs' analyst Jason Armstrong, Verizon sales of LTE smartphones, such as the HTC ThunderBolt, were above Verizon's expectations, while iPhone sales will likely be less than the 2.2 million Verizon sold in the first quarter of this year.
If you like extrapolating data, recently it was revealed that the Samsung Droid Charge was selling better than the HTC ThunderBolt at Verizon sores. Therefore, Samsung Droid Charge sales may also be well above expectations.
We also recently learned in a "Dare 2 Compare Update" that the HTC ThunderBolt beats the Samsung Droid Charge for data speeds but not battery life. Currently, the only other 4G LTE smartphone from Verizon is the LG Revolution with the Netflx app (compare all three).
The iPhone 4 for Verizon received great reviews as did the Verizon 4G LTE network. Unfortunately, the iPhone 4 does not use the 4G LTE network.
