Apple will reportedly launch two new iPhones in the fall, analysts reported - a super-featured one and a cheaper-featured one - suggesting a September release date.
Bloomberg reported earlier this month that there would be a cheaper iPhone model for world market.
A research note from Deutsche Bank analyst, Chris Whitmore, stated that Apple
will release both a new high-end iPhone along with a cheaper prepaid model.
Morgan Stanley analyst Katy Huberty, returning from Taiwan, wrote that Apple will begin producing the next iPhone in August and will ramp aggressively into the fourth quarter.
Huberty also wrote that there would be a "large" iPhone shipment increase in 2012, "on the back of new products and potentially lower price points."
