Today is a big release day for T-Mobile. Along with the super HTC Sensation 4G, comes the entry-level "affordable" Samsung Dart T499 that's free with a contract.
The Samsung Dart T499 is a 3G Android 2.2 Froyo smartphone with a 3.14" touchscreen, 3MP camera, 2GB microSD card, stereo Bluetooth and Swype, Android 2.2 Froyo, 2GB microSD installed, GPS, Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi calling, and a 1200mAh battery.
Data is provided through the 3G data network, and the Samsung Dart does not come with mobile hotspot or tethering capabilities.
Note: if you buy the Dart this Saturday, you'll get one year of free data.
The Samsung Dart also comes in a prepaid model for $149.99.
