Droid fans await the Motorola Droid 3 from Verizon, which has a
release date of Thursday, July 14. AT&T subscribers may soon have a similar smartphone choice from Motorola, with many of the same
specifications except that it supports AT&T spectrum, including GSM
850/1900 and HSUPA (4G).
Features reportedly match the Droid 3 very closely, including 16GB of internal storage, and a 960 × 540 qHD screen. A slide-out, 5-row QWERTY keyboard is not mentioned.
The smartphone, with FCC ID IHDT56MF2, has many features hidden under an FCC confidentiality request.
