The good news is that the Droid 3 has been shown, via leaked documents, to have a dual-core processor, a 5-row QWERTY keyboard, that it will be a Global World Phone, and it will be released soon. The bad news is that it will be launched without 4G LTE connectivity.
We've compiled all the specs of the Droid 3 that include a 4" 960 x 540 qHD touchscreen, an 8MP
camera (1080p video capture), a 5-row QWERTY keyboard, HDMI-out port, a front-facing
camera, Android 2.3 Gingerbread, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, MotoBlur, GPS, 16GB of storage on board, mobile hotspots (up to 5) and a
microSD card slot.
The Droid 3 does not come with a preinstalled microSD card.
BlockBuster video, via Wi-Fi and Swype software, are preinstalled.
We know that the Droid 3 will be released soon because the leaked document was a training document for Verizon employees.
Although we don't have an official release date, yet, previous rumors suggested a July 14 release date for the Droid 3.
Because Droid 3 will have a summer release date, we will add it to our dynamic dual-core smartphones of the summer of 2011.
