- Sony Xperia Arc $599 - Sony announced that it will sell unlocked Sony Xperia Arc smartphones in the United States for $599. It will work with AT&T's 2G/3G networks, runs Android 2.3 Gingerbread, and has an 8 megapixel camera.
- Franken Opposes AT&T T-Mobile Merger - Senator Al Franken urged federal regulators to deny the proposed
AT&T/T-Mobile merger because the deal would drive up prices for
