- AT&T Will Throttle Heavy Unlimited Data Users - AT&T announced that starting October 1, smartphone customers with unlimited data plans may
experience reduced speeds once their usage in a billing cycle reaches
the level that puts them among the top 5% of heaviest data
users. Typically what puts someone in the top 5 percent is streaming very large
amounts of video and music daily over the wireless network. - HP Pre 3 Ready for Devs - WebOS developers received an email informing them of updates to the SDK and that HP will be accepting Pre 3 app submissions.
- HTC Omega Specs - Leaked information suggest that the HTC Omega Windows Phone 7 will have Mango, 3.8" touchscreen, 1.5GHz Qualcomm processor, 8MP camera and 16GB of onboard storage.
