Today appears to be another BlackBerry day along with release dates for the Verizon BlackBerry Bold 9930 the AT&T BlackBerry Torch 9810, Sprint has announced the release date for the BlackBerry Bold Touch 9930 and the BlackBerry Torch 9850, which is Sunday, August 21.
The BlackBerry Bold 9930 will be priced the same as it is Verizon $249.99 with a two-year contract. The BlackBerry Torch 9850 will cost $149.99 with a two-year contract after a $50 rebate. Both BlackBerry smartphones are part of a "Back to Cool" promotion
The BlackBerry Bold 9930 has a 2.8-inch capacitive
touchscreen, the widest QWERTY keyboard available on a
BlackBerry, a 1.2GHz processor, 5MP camera, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, digital compass, and global world network compatibility.
The BlackBerry Torch 9850 has a new 3.7-inch capacitive touchscreen, trackpad, a 1.2GHz processor, 5MP camera, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, microSD, digital compass and 4GB of onboard storage.
Software and features supported of both BlackBerry models include:
- BlackBerry service with access to up to 10 supported business and
personal email accounts, plus BlackBerry Enterprise Server support for
corporate email installations. - DataViz Docs To Go Premium suite preloaded, for editing Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint files from anywhere.
